      What we do
Van K Engineering creates light weight aluminum wheels using a process called metal spinning. Our wheels are light yet very strong.
We have been making wheels for the Go Kart Industry since 1979.
We also make wheels for Mirco Midgets, Quarter Midgets, Mini Sprints,TQ Midgets, Ultra Lite Airplanes, Golf Carts, Mini Cup Cars, Jr Dragsters and soon we will be making ATV wheels for some Quads. Our Wheel sizes range from 4"dia to 10"dia and with the many tools we have we came make a wheel as narrow as 3" and as wide as 12"
How We Can Help You
Van K Engineering is a small company and we use this to our advantage. We do every process needed to make a wheel in-house. This enables us to work with new customers and get them their product in a very timely manner. We don't have to wait for tooling to be made or Heat Treating and polishing to be done by specialists, we do this all in house. All of our wheels are made with 6061 Aluminum and after forming and welding operations are complete we Heat Treat all wheels to Air Craft spec T6.
